This website is operated by Suite Watch S.L., with VAT B48075716N. It regulates the purchasing conditions of products offered to consumers on the web.

Descriptions, images, and specs of watches (including modified ones) are shown accurately, but slight variations may occur due to artisanal processes or display.
Specific Characteristics of Suite Watch Products
The watches and accessories sold by Suite Watch are made with high-quality materials for daily use and collecting, but do not use gold, silver, or other precious metals, precious stones, diamonds, or fine jewelry materials. They are limited edition and personalized watches with standard watchmaking components and premium aesthetic finishes, designed to offer style and functionality without the cost associated with luxury materials.

Purchasing Process, Prices & Payment
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are detailed before payment.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email. Invoices can be requested.
- We accept secure payments via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant).
- In case a product is unavailable after purchase, we will offer an equivalent, a wait time, or a refund.
Shipping
We ship nationally and internationally:
- In stock: 3–5 business days
- Custom (Modded): require additional assembly time (approx. 10-15 days).
- Peninsula: free
- Balearic Islands: 5€
- Canary Islands: 10€
- Europe: 15€
- Outside Europe: 20€
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw (for unused catalog products).
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories.
- If a product arrives damaged, it must be reported within 24-48h.
- Returns due to defects are covered by Suite Watch (repair or replacement).
- Configurator watches are EXCLUDED from withdrawal as they are personalized goods (Art. 103.c LGDCU).
Warranty
We offer legal conformity warranty:
- Legal minimum required for new consumer goods.
- Covers movement and manufacturing defects.
- Does not cover damage from misuse, impacts, or normal wear.
Customer Service and Dispute Resolution
Contact support via info@suitewatch.com. Additionally, the European Commission offers an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
Liability
Suite Watch limits liability for indirect damages within legal bounds, without affecting liability for defective products.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any conflict, the courts of the consumer's domicile will be competent.
