Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are our return conditions:

• You have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (for non-customized products).
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Watches customized through the configurator are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal as they are personalized goods (Art. 103.c LGDCU).

Return of Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, Suite Watch covers return or replacement costs. We will offer repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Procedure

Initiate the request via info@suitewatch.com. Prepare the package with the invoice and original accessories. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
