2. Information We Collect

Personal Information

  • Contact details: name, surname, email, phone, shipping and billing address
  • Commercial information: purchased products, custom watch configurations, order and return history
  • Usage data: interactions with the online store, configurator, cart, checkout, and support chat

Technical and Analytics Information

  • Browsing data: IP address (where applicable, truncated or pseudonymized), browser type and version, device, operating system, language, screen resolution
  • Site usage data: pages visited, navigation paths, time on site, visit source (referrer), events and interactions
  • Online identifiers: cookie identifiers or Client IDs associated with audience measurement and advertising tools
  • Cookies and similar technologies described in section 8

4. Google Tag and Audience Measurement

SuiteWatch uses Google tag (gtag.js), an audience measurement and advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), with possible involvement of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States) as a technology provider.

For these purposes, Google acts as a data processor (Art. 28 GDPR) regarding data processed on behalf of SuiteWatch for the measurement service, in accordance with Google's applicable data processing terms. SuiteWatch is the data controller.

Purpose

  • Obtain aggregated and pseudonymized statistics on website use (page views, traffic source, devices, interaction events) and measure advertising campaigns on Google, solely to analyze and improve our content, products, and services. We do not use these tools to make individual decisions with legal effects on the data subject.

Legal Basis

  • Data subject consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given in advance, freely, specifically, informed, and unambiguously through the site's cookie banner.
  • Regarding storage and access to information on the user's terminal equipment, Art. 22.2 of the LSSI-CE applies, requiring informed consent except for strictly necessary cookies.

The Google tag script and its cookies are not loaded or activated until you accept marketing cookies. You can reject them as easily as you accept them. Withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it: you can clear this site's browsing data (which resets the banner) or contact us at info@suitewatch.com.

International Transfers

Use of Google tag may involve processing or storage on servers in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area.

  • Where applicable, such transfers are covered by the European Commission adequacy decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as Google LLC adheres to this framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
  • Subsidiarily, Google provides Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) and other safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR.

Retention Period

Data associated with Google identifiers is retained for the period configured in the relevant tool (typically up to 14 months for user- and event-level data), without prejudice to different default periods Google may apply. After consent withdrawal, we stop activating the tool; deletion of previously collected historical data may be requested by exercising your rights.

5. Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) and Advertising

SuiteWatch uses or may use the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel), a measurement and advertising tool from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland), with possible involvement of Meta Platforms, Inc. (1 Meta Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States).

Regarding collection and transmission of site event data to Meta through this tool, SuiteWatch and Meta may act as joint controllers under Art. 26 GDPR and Meta's joint controller addendum / Business Tools terms, without prejudice to Meta subsequently processing data as an independent controller for its own advertising purposes under its privacy policy. SuiteWatch decides Pixel installation and event activation on suitewatch.com.

  • Conversion and campaign performance measurement on Facebook and Instagram
  • Ad delivery optimization and audience creation / updating
  • Remarketing or retargeting to people who visited or interacted with the site
  • Aggregated analysis of digital advertising effectiveness

Legal Basis

Use of the Meta Pixel may involve transfers to the United States or other countries outside the EEA.

  • Where applicable, such transfers are covered by the adequacy decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as Meta Platforms, Inc. adheres to this framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
  • Subsidiarily, Meta provides Standard Contractual Clauses and other Art. 46 GDPR safeguards.

Retention Period

Pixel cookies usually have limited duration (e.g. _fbp is typically kept around 90 days, subject to Meta changes). Event data in Meta's event manager / ads is retained per Meta's applicable configuration and retention policies. After consent withdrawal, we stop activating the Pixel and sending associated events from our site.

SuiteWatch uses or may use the TikTok Pixel, a measurement and advertising tool from TikTok Technology Limited (10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, D02 T380, Ireland) and TikTok Inc. (5800 Bristol Parkway, Culver City, CA 90230, United States).
